Temporary position to allow separation of mortgage side of business from title service side of company. Their President was removed from position. I managed both sides of company but required separation due to conflict of interest as both were in same building. This was a sub-prime lender and even with declining realestate market the affects were felt here as well.

Managed East Coast of Florida lenders, in Duval, St. Johns, Volusia, Seminole, Brevard, Indian River, St Lucie and Okeechobee. Acted as a liason between underwriters and originators and their relationship with Maronda Homes the builder. Due tofailure in realestate market in 2006, my position eliminated as well as West Coast Regional Manager.

I managed the Retail Credit Risk of the South Carolina and Georgia Banks.This included Second Review for Bankcard, Direct Retail Lending, Mortgage Dept., and Sales Finance loan requests denied in the normal loan approval process. Also management of ongoing risk of Bankcard, Bankruptcy, Collections, Sales Finance, Direct Retail Lending Departments. I was the Managing lead of the he Due Diligence Review Team of banks we acquired as it related to loans being acquired active, delinquent, or charged off.I was responsible for the organization of a lender training class for all bankers moving into lending with our bank, new hires, and acquired bankers in mergers, regardless of lending experience,We were a judgmental lender with guidelines until I was lead in development of an automated lending platform at the branch level to include the deposit side a little later.
