My responsibilities as a PS Engineer included: • Working on Contact Center Solutioning for clients.• Communicating with our Partner teams to solution technical requirements of the clients. • Identifying technical solutions to address problems with oppurtunites to improve the customer experience. • Developing IVRs for multiple clients operating their contact center on NICE. • Driving implementation processes.• Communicate project updates internally to improve the standards.• Team training.• Salesforce Lightning. Worked on improving Agent experience.

Worked on:• Building a bot using DialogFlow ES.• Configuring a DF bot using webhooks.• Building bots using Flask APIs.• Worked on building Amazon Lex bots.• Got a chance to experience AWS Lambda, where I configured my chat bot flow of conversation.

The course provided an introduction to programming in Python. Students were introduced to core programming concepts like data structures, variables, conditionals, loops, filing, functions and recursion. It also provided hands on coding exercises, writing custom functions, and reading and writing to files. Students were also given an overview on the different tools on which Python can be scripted and executed.

I developed good communication skills along with client handling.

I am a Content Writer with over 6 months of experience. I have completed over 50 articles since. From technical brands to realtors, I have had the chance to work with so many people! Although this is not my career job, but since I love writing, I take up freelance writing projects as my part time tasks.
