Catford Phase 2A, NW2 - £20mPackaged and market-tested the inhouse design information in coordination of the design manager, carried out the procurement process until the award of outstanding packages, readying them for managed by the junior surveying team.

Second stage tender bid preparation and market testing. Used own residential contractor contacts to expand the supply chain for 8 Build Ltd, as they mainly carry out commercial builds the costs from the existing supply chain were not competitive.

Took part in winning the second stage tender of the project, taking us into contract award. Managed the project commercially and contractually, whilst reporting to the Commercial Director. Looked after a trainee quantity surveyor, helped coordinate the design team during the works, as well as providing input into the compilation and presentation of client reports.
