RCDD

Responsible for planning, engineering, acquiring, testing, fielding, and supporting global net-centric information and communications solutions to serve the needs of the President, the Vice President, the Secretary of Defense, and the DoD Components, under all conditions of peace and war. The DISA supports national security communications requirements as identified in the National Security Presidential Directive.Conduct pre-site survey coordination with planned sites to provide a program overview, document points of contact and access procedures, identify potential facilities for survey and develop a communication conduit with on-site personnel.

Field coordinator (FC) AT&T GSM, UMTS and LTE Turf project. Responsible for scoping,GC contract documentation, safety and site construction. Conducts site walk-downs and preforms contractor quality inspection in market. Complete turn over documentation for general contractor true up and contract/site closeout.

Subject Matter Expert (SME), forward deployed; cutting-edge technology that supports the nation’s fundamental defense services. Preliminary examination of systems or proposed system that address all phases of its existence to include system conception, design and/or construction, distribution, operation, maintenance and support, retirement, phase-out and disposal support of the US Army in hostile environment.• Developed technical sections of Request for Quote, participated in Source Selection Board reviewing integrator bid and project technical submission• Provided Internal Cost Estimate budgets 250K to $10M; equipment list of material and enablement design plan for U.S Army Project Management division• Participated in pricing & cost proposal development for Task order fulfillment and change order proposals. I also provided support for all phases of the proposal process as well as proposal ICGE development.• Wrote and published articles on civil implementation of strategic hardened sustainable telecommunications facilities in OCONUS hostile environments. • Oversaw construction and provided QA/QC inspection of civil telecommunications OSP implementation, ISP data shelter systems, including HVAC, automatic transfer power switches, Kw generators, fuel supplies, 1G/10G data platform switches, rack elevation, grounding and CAT 5/6 Ethernet communications data cabling• Reviewed contractors MS Project schedule, verified per review of project schedule, disbursement contract completion payments • Successfully designed and deployed the OSP network for the Parwan prison system and SCIF at Bagram AFB• Served as Site Lead at FOB Fenty in Jalalabad province Afghanistan• Served as Site Lead at FOB Shank in Logar province Afghanistan
