With over 30 years of experience in the FMCG and consumer durable industry, I am a seasoned procurement leader who drives value creation and cost optimization through global sourcing, strategic negotiation, and supply management. I did MDP from IIM Ahmedabad, I hold an Executive MBA in supply management , a PGDM in operation management, and a diploma in mechanical engineering, which equip me with the technical and managerial skills to handle complex and dynamic procurement scenarios.As the associate vice president and corporate head of procurement at Fena, I am responsible for the centralized procurement and inward supply management of 100% raw, packaging, and consumable materials. I have successfully implemented policy decisions, re-engineering processes, new product development, digitalization, and simplification initiatives to enhance the organization's profitability and efficiency. Some of my accomplishments include automation, sustainable negotiations through system improvement, transparency enhancement, cost saving projects, multiple new product launch, inventory turnover ratio optimization, and effective MIS development.
