Started my aviation career in 1997 with Boeing on the 737 Next Generation Program. First role was Sheet Metal Mechanic/4 Axis Machine Operator for roughly 10 years then transitioned into management. Started as a shop FLM (First Level Manager) for 4 years and then transitioned into PLM (Production Line Manager) for about 5 years. Concluding that position I earned the opportunity to move to Executive Roll on 737 as a Director of Operations.
