Develop statistic systems•Strategic analysis, including business plan & sales strategy development.•Adding value to new businesses by means of e-solutions •Generate new income focusing on new clients and growing the revenue base.

Develop and manage all sales channels (except branches) in line with the Bank’s business strategies and objectives to extend service network, increase market share and the profitability of sales channels.• Maintain regular contact with retail bank, C & I, IT, Credit & Risk, PMO, Electronic banking, Service delivery and System support for updates on EFTPOS.• Maintain contact with BSP International branches; Niue, PNG and Solomon Islands on issues relating to EFTPOS.Main External Contacts• Maintain regular contact EFTEX, Hypercom, Visa International, and Commercial Banks for information on improvements in EFTPOS.Key Deliverables1. Formulate, implement and monitor the sales plans of electronic sales channels, control effectively the overall marketing strategies to achieve marketing objectives.2. Set sales targets for the electronic sales channels and monitor their performance, review effectively annual earnings and staff performance.3. Manage and coordinate all budgets of the electronic sales channels, align the plans with the budgets and increase the functionality of budget implementation and management.4. Develop the strengths of sales channels according to customer needs, to segment markets and customers and increase market shares.5. Manage the business in a cost-effective and cost-efficient way to extend services network and grasp the business niche.6. Supervise the quality and number of E-Channels’ staff, and use effectively limited human resources to increase manpower efficiency.7. Maintain good relations with Product & Market Management Business Units to implement effectively marketing strategies.8.
