A primary area of practice is civil appeals. I am board certified in civil appellate law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and have handled over 100 appeals in state and federal court. I am available to assist other attorneys with their appeals or at trial. Another focus of my practice is representing investors who have been defrauded by stockbrokers, investment advisors and others. I have obtained numerous 6 figure settlements and awards for my investor clients. I also specialize in church law disputes and have handled trials and appeals in church cases.
