Data Collection in the baseline and end line surveys on the First Steps, and First Read (FR), Accountability for the Children's Rights in Rwanda , Early Literacy and Maths Initiative(ELMI) in Rwanda:• Participate in training sessions prior to field work, • Conduct interviews in the field using survey instruments designed by Save the Children; • Conduct field preparation, including engaging local authorities and identifying potential research participants;• Support Save the Children research team in collecting primary data for both qualitative and quantitative research;• Produce qualitative interview write-ups (transcripts);• Upload and submit data collected on daily basis;• Document any issues arising from field and submit a report to the field supervisor;• Assist in any other tasks related to the delivery of the evaluation/research activities

My responsibilities were :• Prepare the Executive Secretary’s travels, mission clearance and meetings.• Filing both electronic and hard documents in the office of the Executive Secretary.• Orient correspondences from Executive Secretary to concerned department and ensure that feedback is provided.• Check and propose the corrections to the documents submitted to the Executive Secretary before signing • Prepare letters and memo as required by the Executive SecretaryIn 2013 i went to work in Ngoma Youth friendly center ,a center of National Youth council my responsibilities were:1. Mobilize young people and raise awareness among young people in the fight against HIV/AIDS, the reproductive health of adolescents as well as the family planning;2. Conduct the activities of BCC/IEC through training and other activities to raise awareness and/or mobilization;3. Raise awareness among young people for VCT services;4. Train and manage the young peers -educators supervised by the youth center
