Creating wireframes to produce faultless user journeys. Liaising with clients to understand the stakeholder needs.Leading user research to ensure we iterate our services according to feedback.Rewriting, editing and managing content to make sure all the information Bristol City Council provide is simple to understand and written in plain English. Restructuring the navigation of the website and developing a style guide to allow for easy to find content throughout Bristol Council's online portfolio.

Checking and creating content for various programme websites across all BBC channels. Ensuring correct metadata is in place for each programme, adding additional web clips, designing and implementing banners for programme websites (including Lambing Live, Inside the Human Body, Dragons' Den and Wonders of the Universe) and supporting programme teams in managing their web content.
