I have not always been a beacon of light. I was not always joy filled and loving. I had a hard start and a bitter and dark past. I almost died more than once. I have been critically obese, had heart attacks, cancer, fibromyalgia, chronic pain, slip and fall injuries that had me on a walker for a year, I have survived hurt, pain sadness, strife, poverty, anger, grief, being unloved, being physically and mentally abused, I was hurt and I even hurt others. And I SURVIVED it all! I love all that I have been through because I can help others not stumble or fall into the cracks I got out of.
