As the Americas head of New Business Transaction Support within Credit Suisse’s global Accounting Policy and Assurance Group, responsibilities involved liaising with business unit senior management on new transactions for Credit Suisse and its clients, including analyzing the various structuring implications to ensure the most positive outcomes from an economic, regulatory capital, and US GAAP perspective.
