Psychology and good business are my passions, and I found my crossroads in Human Resources. My specific areas of interest lie in organizational development and job analysis.I have several years of experience applying those interests as a manager in a small business. I love small companies, and the opportunities they provide to learn many skills in a short period of time. I graduated from University of Lethbridge with a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and Labour Relations from the Dhillon School of Business. Because of my management experience, I filled most of my electives with accounting courses. Someday, I hope to pursue a certification in accounting to further my management skills and career.
