• Based on ISO 28000:2022, were standardized all security processes in the supply chain security, improving both OEA & C-TPAT program in 25 manufacturing plants, achieving 80%+ in the productivity of security teams and 45%- in the total cost of security operations nationwide.• In three months, the Crisis Management Policy for Eaton Mexico was developed and validated and with the participation of all leadership teams at the national level, the National Crisis Committee was activated, the previous one aligned to ISO 22361:2022.• From 2018 to 2022, the company had annual cost savings of MX$5m+ in terms of supply chain security.• Manage theft, assault and fraud investigation cases for Eaton Mexico, supporting the Ethics, Legal, HR and Operations Departments. 85%+ of the reported cases concluded successfully.• Directed and managed more than 25 security projects annually, 70+ security risk analyzes for all Eaton Mexico facilities from 2018 to 2023, saving a MX$15K M+.• Managed 10+ security providers nationwide.

• I was the leader of Supply Chain Security Project Management, both OEA and C-TPAT, through the management of security audits and specialized training services, increasing security consulting services 70%+ from 2014 to 2018.• Designed and implemented the Supply Chain Security Program in 6+ companies in Mexico.• Due to the cargo and transportation security processes implemented, “0” cases of cargo contamination and “0” cases of security incidents were recorded.• I implemented and standardized the security process through the GPS System for all transportation providers, as well as the analysis of route mapping and coordination with external security advisors and government (Estate and Federal) for the management of identified risks and threats.
