As a communications and reputation leader having held multiple officer-level positions, I have turned a career page to put my skills to serving as a leader of a non-profit retreat and conference center in west Michigan. And when I'm not doing that, I consult, helping clients navigate complex and high-stakes situations, such as corporate restructurings, spin-offs, mergers, and crisis scenarios. With over 30 years of experience in both corporate and agency settings, I have developed and executed strategic communication plans that align with business objectives, enhance brand reputation, and engage diverse stakeholders. Most recently, I served as the president of WPP Global Team Ford Communications, leading a cross-agency team of more than 300 professionals supporting Ford's global strategic initiatives. I also advised Ford's leadership on their global communication strategy, leveraging my expertise in automotive, technology, and mobility sectors. Previously, I led the global communications, marketing, and government affairs for Aptiv, a technology company that emerged from Delphi Automotive after a successful rebranding and renaming process that I spearheaded. I am passionate about solving tough communication challenges and delivering results that matter.
