My strategic focus is two-fold: build out our company's People framework, and oversee the company's daily Operations. The People side involves:- preserving and strengthening OneVision's culture as we seek to triple in size - overseeing all traditional HR operations (full employee life-cycle, comp/benefits, compliance, etc.)- providing executive coaching to senior management- mapping and executing the organizational design of the company as we scale The Operations side involves:- operating budget oversight and management - oversight of all accounting responsibilities - facilities management- vendor relationships- co-leading strategic planning related to the company's growth plans- standardizing the company's internal processes and protocols

When it comes to our kids' education, our expectations are high. And at a time when states are looking for new ways to generate revenue to support quality education, expectations are even higher. That is why the New Hampshire Lottery has always been committed to education, and ever since 1964, its profits have been earmarked for state education funding. So far, of the more than $5 billion in sales and other earnings, nearly $1.9 billion has been given to New Hampshire schools, and $3.2 billion has been paid out in prizes.As one of the three Commissioners governing the NH Lottery for a 3-year term, my role was to help oversee the strategic mission and goals of the lottery as an organization.

Responsible for the oversight of the Chamber’s strategic goals while managing the operations of a 600-member organization. • Served as Chief Lobbyist & Advocate in State Capitol on behalf of Southern NH’s business community• Championed Nashua’s business & economic vibrancy• Drove the vision & execution of over 600 community & networking events• Launched a Young Professionals initiative to attract more young people into business community• Helped launch Nashua’s first-ever Education Foundation to support local teachers & students• Co-Chaired efforts to establish Nashua's first formal outreach to its Latino and Indian-American communities• Co-Chaired a major rebranding and marketing initiative for both the City of Nashua and the Chamber of CommerceI also served as HR Director, overseeing the full employee life-cycle for all Chamber staff, creating leadership development programs for staff and other professionals linked to Chamber programs, and managing all employee benefits/payroll/relations and other training.

I spent two years as the Vice President of Government Relations & Economic Development at the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce based out of Manchester, NH. I also served as HR Administrator for the organization, overseeing training & development programs, policy development, employee benefits, and recruiting/retaining staff.
