I represent property owners and lenders throughout the southeast in all phases of residential and commercial real estate acquisition, development, and sale. I have experience with the bulk purchase, sale, and acquisition of condominium units, residential lots, and commercial real estate developments. I have handled the purchase and sale of various businesses in transactions that included secured financing and environmental reviews. I often assists clients in due diligence and financial feasibility investigations before real estate and business acquisitions.I provide legal services in the boardroom and the courtroom. The unfortunate reality is many business ventures result in disputes with third parties or among the owners. I have experience with disputes over commercial loans, foreclosures, commercial evictions, covenants not to compete, confidentiality and nondisclosure agreements, misrepresentation, and breach of contract. In addition to my real estate and business practice, I represent parties in family law disputes in northern Florida. I focus my family law practice on divorces with complex financial issues or large real estate holdings. I have represented high net worth clients in complex divorces throughout northern Florida, including Tallahassee, Panama City, Destin, and Pensacola.
