I am a member of Koley Jessen’s Litigation Practice Group. My practice focuses primarily on commercial litigation in both state and federal court and private arbitration. My experience in litigation involves cases involving contract disputes, business torts, wrongful death, product liability, personal injury, construction disputes, defamation, negligence actions, intellectual property litigation, and collection work. In other words, I work to resolve a wide variety of disputes by understanding my clients’ needs and objectives and working to achieve them. In this regard, I counsel business and individual clients on disputes from the initial phase of evaluating their claim through resolution of the dispute. The aforementioned litigation experience has allowed me to litigate matters in a multitude of judicial districts and states.
