Ti Outdoors is the consumer-facing sister company to Ti Training, a leader in simulation training for local law enforcement as well as state and federal agencies. Ti Outdoors sells theater-style simulators to shooting sports retailers for the purposes of training and entertainment.

During my time at the Elk Foundation, we increased net assets from $37 million to $51 million and led the capital campaign for a new headquarters facility. I was responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, including P&L responsibility for a $75 million operating budget and leading a staff of more than 150 full-time employees.The mission of the RMEF is to ensure the future of elk, other wildlife, their habitat and our hunting heritage. The RMEF is a nonprofit wildlife conservation organization dedicated to protecting and enhancing elk habitat, restoring elk to native ranges, and educating others about wildlife and habitat conservation. To date the organization has conserved more than 7 million acres of land through partnerships with the US Forest Service, Bureau of Land Management, and multiple State and Tribal Agencies.

After several years of rapid growth the company was sold to Firearms Training Systems (FATS), the world wide leader in small arms simulation now Meggitt Training Systems, part of Meggitt Defense Systems, Meggitt PLC.
