• Lead supervising lawyer advising the Chief Marketing Officer of AT&T's National Consumer & Mobility Organization. Supervised an experienced team of nine attorneys, four support staff, and multiple outside law firms across the country to provide legal support of AT&T's wireless, wireline, broadband, and U-verse video consumer product marketing organization, including the launch of the iPhone 3G and two subsequent iPhone launches. • Supervised all support for AT&T's national mass markets operations, distribution, advertising, telemarketing and sales operations business units.

• Lead supervising lawyer supporting AT&T's Entertainment Services, Consumer Marketing, Product Development, and Consumer Distribution organizations nationwide. • Substantial experience in BBB NAD advertising challenges, FTC, COPPA, federal CAN-SPAM, and targeted social and internet advertising.

Supervised a team of four attorneys and two support staff to provide legal support to SBC's National Consumer Marketing and Advertising organizations. Extensive experience providing legal support to wireless and wireline communications products and service, with an emphasis in consumer protection and advertising law.

• Lead lawyer advising SBC’s field operation organizations in the original launch and operations for SBC’s advanced data products and services (DSL, ATM, Frame Relay).

• Represented SWBT before the Texas Public Utility Commission in the 271 Long Distance Application proceeding that resulted in SWBT’s entry into the Long Distance market;• Lead lawyer for wholesale interconnection arbitration proceedings and post-interconnection dispute resolution proceedings;• Tried multiple contested cases to favorable decisions;• Lead lawyer representing SWBT in multiple regulatory rulemakings.

• Represented SWBT as lead litigation counsel in both state and federal court proceedings involving product liability, complex commercial, environmental, and employment-related litigation.

• Represented Fortune 10 companies in complex commercial litigation & employment law.

• Supervised the office of admissions and recruiting for graduate-level theological seminary.• Created and supervised the office of church-minister relations acting as a liaison between the seminary and local churches across the country in providing ministry and personnel resources.
