Mission: Education, research, and development related to climate risk and natural climate solutions with a specific focus on the energy efficiency of framing components to (1) reduce HVAC-energy related emissions, (2) conserve and leverage our natural resources, and (3) enable environmentally responsible real-estate development world wide.

Studying energy flow (heat, sound, and fire) through the structural frame of buildings and components such as windows, studs, joists, and rafters. Applying first principles like Feynman paths. Developing principles like "indirectness" for structural insulation. Verifying these principles in actual designs and prototypes built at MakeHaven.

Designed super insulating windows & structural framing system to reuse materials from deconstruction & industrial waste streams in a joint venture w/ New England Reuse & WindowMaster Real Wood Products. This venture was cut short due to cancer and the untimely death my venture partner, Christian Kling. Before dying, he set in motion the events that would lead to my partnership with Gennaro Martorelli and the formation of GenWright B Corp. which hopefully will become another success among his many legacies.
