I am a graduate of AUST with a BSc in Industrial and Production Engineering. Now I am working as a process engineer at SNOWTEX Group. My role focuses on driving operational improvements and enhancing efficiency across garment manufacturing processes.I develop and implement KPIs to evaluate the success of process enhancements, ensuring continuous improvement. Additionally, I assess the effectiveness of IoT systems within the sewing lines to optimize production performance. A key part of my role involves monitoring OEE metrics in the cutting sections, where I work to identify and address areas for performance improvement.My approach emphasizes collaboration with the production team to uncover opportunities for efficiency gains. By regularly reviewing production data, I can assess overall performance and make the necessary adjustments to methods and processes. I also use SIPOC and Value Stream Mapping (VSM) analysis techniques to streamline workflows and reduce lead times.In my pursuit of innovation, I continuously work on improving jacket production processes, implementing new developments such as specialized folders to drive production increases and enhance quality.Through my work, I am dedicated to promoting continuous improvement and embracing automation and digitalization to drive operational excellence.
