He is responsible for the marketing strategy that shapes the company’s online and offline presence, including managing website development to ensure an intuitive user experience and driving customer acquisition through targeted campaigns. Jack also oversees cohesive branding and content strategies that reflect the company's values and market position.In addition to his marketing duties, Jack helps develop new client relationships, meeting with potential clients, pricing programs, and forming strategic plans to address their supply chain needs. He is also responsible for the management of the CRM, reporting software, and sales pipeline flow. By analyzing performance data to gauge the effectiveness of marketing and sales initiatives, Jack provides actionable recommendations for strategy adjustments. His approach fosters a strong relationship between the sales and marketing teams, aligning efforts with the company’s growth objectives.Jack is also apart of the Millenia Partners sales & leasing team based out of Atlanta. He specializes in tenant and landlord representation in the state of Georgia and is passionate about meeting his clients' needs and goals. Jack has experience in underwriting, marketing, and sales and has conducted extensive market research, brokerage analysis, and marketing practices.Jack graduated from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida, with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management with a concentration in marketing and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy. He was the captain of the sailing team while at Rollins. In addition to his real estate experience, Jack has worked in financial management and the startup sector. In his free time, Jack enjoys sailing, running, and skiing.
