✯Inventory Management:Receive and unpack merchandise shipments, ensuring accuracy and completeness of orders.Stock shelves and display areas neatly and in accordance with store merchandising standards.Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock replenishment needs to management.Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with inventory reconciliation as needed.✯Store Maintenance:Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.Perform routine maintenance tasks such as dusting, sweeping, and restocking supplies.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and report any hazards or maintenance issues to management.Assist with opening and closing procedures, including securing the premises and handling cash deposits.✯Team Collaboration:Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and maintain a positive work environment.Communicate effectively with fellow team members and management regarding task assignments, scheduling, and any issues or concerns.Support new team members by providing training and guidance as needed.✯Additional Responsibilities:Participate in store meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations as required.Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and company policies and procedures.Take initiative to suggest improvements to store operations or customer service processes.
