I manage our part acquisition team, the warehouse and our fleet of 9 service vehicles. In this role, I have many responsibilities from Project Manager, problem solver, inventory reconciliation, accounts receivable, team manager, and receiving. I work closely with vendors on negotiations, tracking orders, updating pricing and reviewing vendor performance. I work closely with sales, operations, technicians and accounting in our day to day operations.I am part of our leadership team, responsible for implementing EOS, creating processes and being accountable for quarterly and annual goals to grow our company. I took a chaotic department and brought order and process reducing inventory variance from our initial count of 18% to the last 2 counts of under 3%.
