Highly motivated and driven individual with 3+ years of experience in land acquisition, surveying and town planning within the telecommunications industry. I support mobile operators and infrastructure providers in acquiring both land and planning permission to help build the UK’s digital future. Some examples include:1- Worked closely with BT Group plc on site selection, surveying and town planning matters for their Street Hub roll-out in over 100 Local Planning Authority areas throughout the UK; achieving a 60+% planning success rate for 800+ applications.2- Supported multiple operators and infrastructure providers in delivering the acquisition of new sites, along with planning permission, to allow the implementation of number of base stations for the Shared Rural Network project (a £1 billion joint initiative between mobile network operators and the UK Government to extend 4G connectivity to 95% of the UK’s landmass by the end of 2025).3-Provided town planning input on a variety of EE projects, including working on improving their West-Coast Main Line rail mobile coverage network, Notice To Quit (NTQ) replacement sites, and improving coverage in Customer Complaint zones.
