As project lead of a student start-up from University of Waterloo, I worked to improve the world of snowboarding by integrating modern technologies into designs which have not significantly evolved for decades. Mentored by the prolific engineer Prof. Oscar Nespoli, I coordinated our efforts in applying state of the art design techniques to identify problems and create unique, clever and patent-worthy solutions.

In this role I was tasked with transporting patients around the hospital. I responded to the hospital's call after increased demand due to the propagation of COVID-19 required more staff. I was there when they needed me and learned a lot about proper procedure.

As Prof. Pascal Hubert’s assistant, I have helped with a project on SMA alloys inwhich I was to set up a control system for a prototype processing device. Aftermonths of testing and tweaking, I created an improved version of this prototypeincluding the mechanical, electrical and software components of the device.

As an intern in the advanced polymer composites team at NRC Boucherville, my main tasks were to conduct experiments and analyse the collected data. The data analysis was done using both MATLAB and Microsoft Excel. As part of this internship, I also designed experiments to further advance the research project.
