Accountable for direction of equipment and material procurement and purchase requisitioning for Nestle Purina Engineering department-led CAPEX projects for new facility builds in Batavia, OH. - Collaborate with project controls to forecast and define budget assignment for assets and planned CAPEX spend - Manage Procurement Plan for equipment purchasing according to project scope to deliver necessary technology within the constraints of the schedule - Encourage and enact rigid adherence to Ways of Working and Standard Operating Procedures to ensure the project’s processes will pass audit and inspection - Expedite equipment and material procurement from receipt of order by vendor to delivery and qualification on site in order to maintain project schedule for delivery and confirm correct service- Frequent communication with global Nestle buyers to increase success and implementation of competitive bid policies

• Manage logistics operations for SAICA by developing a scalable program for new business development• Manage compliance for quality, safety, and regulatory to match customer needs and requests• Develop and analyze data pertaining to budget, spend trends, availability and planning of production to meet customer demands, maintain stock levels and organize warehouse products and space• Track KPI’s and performance metrics to maximize cost-to-ship, detecting inefficiencies in production and shipping to increase profit margins and reduce waste• Review processes and direct and develop resources for training direct reports and preparing for growth• Continuous improvement of ERP/TMS/WMS systems to match divisional needs

• Direct supply chain for bulk materials, finished products, and inbound/outbound orders while driving sales• Communicate with company management to direct supply/demand workflow• Perform training of supply chain team and encourage development of processes and roles• Execute ERP transactions and maintain running inventory as a function of government reporting• Lead safety team and build safety program for applied membership and instruction of processes
