Job Responsibility: Offering 8.0 years as Maintenance/Project Instrumentation engineer for Phthalic Anhydride, Phosphoric Acid Plant, Integrated Offsite Plant & Major Plant shutdowns.•Knowledge about Phthalic Anhydride process, Camphor Process, Phosphoric acid process and its workflow. •Knowledge on maintenance & troubleshooting of DCS (YOKOGAWA CS3000) •Knowledge in Control valves Design, Cv calculation, smart positioners & PID controllers. •Knowledge in HART & BRAIN communicator and process measuring instruments (level,pressure,flow and temperature). •Knowledge of SAP in planning and creation of notifications. •Preventive maintenance of instruments in plant as per schedule. •Organizing, scheduling and handling instrument technician for shift works. •Good Knowledge about Industrial Safety,5s. •Identifying and selecting Instruments for a phosphoric acid. •knowledge in understanding and reviewing Piping and Instrumentation diagram of phosphoric acid process.•Good knowledge in preparing Datasheet for different instruments in different applications. •Generated process and equipment interlocks and alarms for safe and smooth running of Plant and Equipments.•Knowledge in Control system, I/O schedules, logic diagrams, layouts, instrument specification, Process & Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID). •Knowledge of SAP applications, Control system deployment and commissioning. Maintenance Operations: •Managed the functions of troubleshooting and preventive / breakdown maintenance of instruments •Maintenance and trouble shooting of Pneumatic control valves, Belt Sway Switch, Pull Cord, RTD, Thermocouple, Level Sensors, Pressure Transmitter, Control Valve etc. •Handled the shifts successfully for smooth running of Plant and results in reduction in breakdown. •Done interlocking programs to save system faults and increases productivity. •Logic modification done in DCS for instruments like flowmeters, contol valves etc.. and also for pumps,motors etc.. while maintenance.
