By day I am dynamic innovator with cross industry experience in CXO-level finance transformation through strategy and digital transformation. Currently the Federal government is my primary sector. I am also exploring the use cases for blockchain in finance and enterprise performance as a product owner of and inter-company transactions proof of concept. I also lead teams delivering key finance and performance solutions for Deloitte Consulting LLP including: - Organizational strategy and re-design enabled by digital finance tools including data analysis/visualization and process automation.- Full scope design and implementation of an Agency-level working capital fund with more than $50M in initial fund flows. - Development of pricing and charge back, financial management, governance and service level management for new shared services offerings across multiple Federal agencies. - Deloitte's Federal CFO Insights - bringing Deloitte's innovative thinking to CXOs across government and industry.
