Areas of responsibility include:• Support current customers and providing sales support to potential clients.• Serve as a project manager from kick-off to completion for implementations and provide customers with insight into best practices and areas of focus.• Facilitating multiple procurement and sourcing efforts across several functional departments. Monitor all projects; report on operational needs for forecasting, budgeting, hiring, training, and equipment. Work with team members to develop sales and marketing strategies to match operational abilities. Review and negotiate all contracts with vendors and clients. Direct and indirect management of 125 plus employees. • Developed quality assurance procedures for all departments to ensure product integrity. Successfully reduced quality issues by 15%.• Incorporated in-house printing and letter shop services from an outsource model that increased profit by 12%.• Continued to act as main sales contact and project manager for all major corporate and government accounts (DirecTV, Harley Davidson, Military Exchange Services).

Manager of Operations (Project Management, Scanning Operations, and Shipping/Receiving)Responsibilities include defining and implementing operational procedures, monitor market research and data processing projects, manage resources, develop scheduling for all projects, evaluate vendor activity, and serve as key liaison between operations and Vice President, Operations.
