Working on regulation across electricity system market and network development.Focused on:- performance monitoring of Electricity System Operator in accordance with its incentive framework;- development of GB electricity system balancing and ancillary service markets, including cross-border trading arrangements;- compliance of the System Operator's new and existing products and markets with legislation, such as clean energy package and electricity balancing guidelines;- processes and development of longer term network development methods including NOA and pathfinders;- establishing policy that enables Net Zero system operation;- regulatory oversight of code and licence conditions and modifications.
