In de daaropvolgende maanden hebben we gewerkt aan een frisse uitstraling in de gehele branding en de tone-of-voice.Tijdens mijn betrokkenheid zijn verschillende stappen ondernomen, waaronder het opstellen van een brandinggids, het introduceren van een contentkalender, het ontwerpen van een nieuwe look voor de socialemediaberichten, het vaststellen van duidelijke kaders voor de tone-of-voice, en het bedenken van ideeën om het algehele bereik van EenUtrecht te vergroten, zodat ze tijdens de volgende verkiezingen meer Utrechters kunnen bereiken.Aangezien ik op reis ben gegaan, is de afstand te groot geworden om nog lokaal bij te dragen aan de politiek. At AT Publishing, I served as the primary (and only) A&R manager, tasked with leading the company toward growth. I oversaw a roster of over 20 writers and successfully signed multiple songwriters and publishing funds during my tenure. Additionally, I cultivated and nurtured (international) relationships with clients, managers, labels, and other publishers.Furthermore, I organized a total of three writing camps: Corny Camp: A songwriting retreat in the south of Limburg, focused on crafting catchy/corny toplines. AT Camp Rotterdam: A laid-back songwriting camp at Louvri Studios in Rotterdam, where artists were invited to collaborate on writing. Boutique Camp: A one-week songwriting event in Baarn, where I brought together most boutique music publishers of the Netherlands to foster collaborations and connections among smaller music publishers.Additionally, I provided assistance to Stefan Blonk with his business management for Grammy-nominated multi-platinum producer Boaz van de Beatz.
