• Providing technical support to customers in the event of periodical maintenance, breakdown situations and carrying out fault diagnosis to ensure the equipment is returned to operation in minimum time manner.• Erection and commissioning of new machines, overhauled and repaired equipment or replacement parts, ensuring any issues are captured and communicated in a timely manner for rectification.• Ensuring compliance to contractual obligations (Warranty, ASC, and AMC) in the supply of new or overhauled equipment.• Completion of machine condition assessments in order to develop “Scope of work” for the overhaul of BEML equipments.• Coordination and provision of accurate reports on daily service activities.• Actively seeking to further business development and sales opportunities for service centre, spares/repairs, and upgrades to existing equipment.• Providing the after sale services to across the Northern India i.e Delhi/NCR, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Rajasthan and Jammu Kashmir (Leh, Ladakh, Kargil area)• Dealing with Defence (Army), Border Road Organization, Central PSU’s like NTPC, NFL, IFFCO, State PSU’s like HPGCL, PSPCL, HPPWD, Municipal Corporation of Delhi and Private companies, etc.,
