o Involved in end-to-end complete life cycle of the recruitment process such as candidate sourcing, qualifying skills, interviewing candidates, fixing interview-scheduling and closing.o Understanding the client's requirement, processing the requirement within a stipulated time frame, thus converting client's requirements into revenues.o Anticipate client’s needs and provide recruitment solutions in a timely, effective and build & manage candidates with respect to hierarchy of position levels.o Sourcing of relevant candidate through the database, job portals and references for requisition of clients.o Screening & short-listing suitable profiles against the requirement before forwarding to clients.o Initial screening of candidates over telephone to check their Communication Skills, Tech Skills, Soft Skills & Suitability for the position.o Co-ordination the interview as per the candidates as per the clients availability.o Organizing interviews, coordinating with the candidates for the interview process and taking the feed back.o Follow-up with prospective candidates until they complete all rounds of the interview.o Creating & Posting various job requirements in job portals.o Maintaining a database of all professional candidates.o Initiated successful shortlists, potential offers and placements
