-As a part of the Talent Acquisition team i am responsible for Managing full lifecycle recruiting.Research, evaluate and deliver on best in class, innovative, and creative sourcing strategies to create a pipeline of diverse, high calibre talent for the organization.-Focus on research and create sourcing strategies to develop talent pipeline.-Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and act as a consultant throughout the entire recruitment process, as well as set appropriate expectations around timing, execution of strategy and delivery.-Act as an advisor and strategic partner for our hiring managers during the recruitment process and develop and maintain strong working relationships.-Focus on the candidate experience by building relationships and ensuring a positive recruiting experience.-Work on ad-hoc projects and initiatives.-Be an effective, efficient and engaged Talent Acquisition partner.-KPI indexing and Reporting and Higher Management.

-Lead and manage the HR function, managing end-to-end responsibilities in a generalist role including driving HR operations, employee relations, learning & development, performance management and talent acquisition.-Provide business partnering support and provide coaching, advisory and guidance to line managers and leaders to support strategic business objectives.-Lead and manage the Multiple Office Administration function including but not limited to reception operation, office services, equipment, furnishing, renovations, vendor management, telephone system, office security, office leases.-Administer company general insurance policies for review and renewal with engagement of stakeholders from other departments. -Plan for overall office administration budget and capital expenditures, perform budget tracking and cost analysis.-Manage payroll operation for subsidiary and ensure all payroll processes are executed accurately and timely. -KPI indexing and Reporting and Higher Management.

-Recruitment Planning Meetings planned and chaired regularly.-Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.-Regular follow-up with Department Heads to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.-Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need through established networks.-Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.-Perform as functional bridge amongst external vendors as well as internal stakeholders.-Help and coordinate vendor processes and methods to improve vendor hiring.-Ensure to track, measure, report and evaluate vendor performance along with troubleshooting.-KPI indexing and Reporting and Higher Management.

-Sourcing for Officers and Ratings (All ranks) through Job Portals, Databases & networking.-Screening of candidate profile for the personal interview.-Conducting the preliminary round of interview along with Psychometric Test Evaluation.-Discussion of the company profile and job specification to potential candidates.-Hands-On Walk-through with On-Boarding of New Joinees.-Generating references through the candidates that walk in for the interview.-Confirmation calls to ensure maximum conversion from candidates on offer to joining.-KPI indexing and Reporting and Higher Management.-Team Lead: Selected as sole representative of North Zone.
