Core ResponsibilitiesRecord Management unit❖ A team of 17 and 1 team lead, handle the record management unit. This Unit works towards archival records pertaining to the Retail, Rural and home finance business, Pan India.❖ Collateral management for all 3 businesses, Pan India.❖ Adherence to the Record Management policy of Fullerton India.❖ Vendor management including site visits to ensure compliance against the signed off agreement.❖ Regular audits to be conducted for the archival vendor to assess safety & security of the documents archived.❖ Manage e2e documents scanning process, ensuring completion as per defined timelines & accurately.Collection system❖ A team of 7 resources & 2 team leads, handle the quality check of payments collected by FOS and introduced in to collection system.❖ Reconcile and account transactions done by customer through 19 online channels.❖ Address queries raised by collections team & partners.❖ Reconcile and refund any unadjusted or unapplied payments to customers.

Expense Processing UnitEnsure compliance to all statutory & regulatory requirements. ❖ Team of 17 resources and 2 unit managers, handle accounts payable, which includes, employee and vendor claims, employee & supplier advances, utility payments, Insurance advances and settlements.❖ Review & reconcile TDS & GST❖ Bank & Petty cash reconciliations❖ General Ledger proofing❖ Foreign & Corporate credit card payments❖ Co-ordinate with treasury team for day to day funds in respective bank accounts❖ Fixed assets reconciliation & amortisation
