• Design, release and manage business aspects of High Voltage connectors for eDrive in electrical Power Unit programs located in US, UK, China and Mexico.• Lead a team to design and release high voltage connectors to meet Ford eDrive, USCAT, IEC, GB/T requirements.• Follow robustness design disciplines such as B-Diagram, P-diagram, DFEMA, SCCAF, DVP&R and Sign off component for Quality, Cost, Weight and Function Targets.• Identity and develop Testing Verification Methods and resolve failure and discover root-cause, corrective actions ad preventative actions.• Support bench testing, ensure feature model is accurately delivered to meet program timing. As well as work with Production tooling team to fault proofing installation process. • Supports program launch by providing product engineering expertise and guidance to ensure a timely Production Part Approval (PPAP) is achieved.

• Develop and successful launch for Pro Power On Board; 7.2kW; 6.0kW and 2.4kW OBGIs for Trucks and Vans for global markets. This component is a build-in accessary in 2021 F-150 trucks. It is responsible to power homes during Texas’ outages in Feb 2021, 7.2kW OBGI was used.• Collaborate with supplier through development, design, to Create test plans, testing & release of OBGI. As well as working with Engineering team for Packaging, Software interaction and inter Module Design.• Use WERS, GPRIS, FEDE and Teamcenter, DCR and mange component design specification CDS). Provide a production intent design with validation and testing results to support a final engineering review.• Validate design changes through bench level testing. Support all build phase and all milestones. Phased PPAP process sign-off.• Create production documentation including assembly process and service manual instructions.

• Worked on Automatic Transmission Position Sensors and magnetic tone wheel for 0R140, 6R140 and 6F55 programs in Ohio and Michigan.

• Lead a team of control engineers and contract personal carry out 4 billion-dollar PTOME Transmission New Programs Launch projects. Successfully launched 9 transmissions programs and 1 battery line in FNA plants.

• New programs Launch as well as support existing lines for PTOME, Job function includes working with OEMs on design, validation and installation of assembly lines for automatic transmission at Ford plants. Skill required are PLC, Robotic, Servo programming. HIM design and troubleshooting. Data tracking, regression EMC and repair bay process.

• Launch new/expansion program at Owens Illinois Plant for various glass products. • Install furnaces, manage process flow from material Batch discharge to finished product• Diagnose and resolve root causes of electrical and mechanical malfunctions on all equipment.• Route cause finding and error-proofing.• Interface with cross-functional teams (which include Product Development, Supplier Technical Assistance, Material Planning & Logistics, New Model Programs).

• Working on PLC and HMI Programing for projects in auto and food industries.• Presenting project designs to customer.
