Sino Group is a leading Property Developer in Hong Kong, and my role involves overseeing S+ Rewards App, which is a shopping mall App to facilitate loyalty building across shopping malls under Sino's portfolio.My responsibilities include: •Planned and developed roadmap of S+ REWARDS App. •Gathered requirements from senior management and across business teams, and prepared requirement documents. •Issued Request for Proposals to vendor, and supported vendor procurement process in requirement clarification, price comparison and terms negotiation. •Worked with vendors on App UX/UI development to ensure interfaces are delivering a smooth and logical flow to App users. •Prepared test cases and led internal team members to perform User Accept Test (UAT), and tracked progress and communicated testing results with vendor by using Jira. •Defined metrics and reviewed App usage data to measure features performance and generated user insights to senior management. •Researched and monitored competitors' activities, and performed benchmarking to identify areas of improvements.My achievements include: •Planned and led the development of major features including S Coupon (front-end and backend system integration), Point & Cash Gift Redemption module, App Redevelopment (migration of data), and Contactless Parking. •Managed and engaged with more than 50 stakeholders across departments, including IT department, Accounting department, shopping mall customer representatives, Legal department and Leasing department. •Delivered reports and presentation to Senior Management on user behavioural insights, sales generated by S Coupon, competitor analysis and other App feature performance.
