As the Staff In Training Director at Perlman Camp, I oversaw the development, supervision, evaluation and professional growth of aspiring counsellors while acting as an indirect supervisor of the entire staff of 60+ counsellors.

Worked at Perlman Camp, as part of the CCUSA cultural exchange program, for children aged 7-17. Camp counsellor for 11-12 year olds as well as instucting water hobbies such as sailing, kayaking and paddleboarding.
