• Lead and oversee assigned Projects of existing or new customers• Lead and rally relevant resources from Manufacturing, QA, Materials to manage Project activities and timeline to ensure customers’ expectations and requirements are met.• Communicate effectively with customers and provide all necessary services to ensure customer satisfaction during project phase• Carried out product costing and analysis• Ensure the following Project tasks are carried out effectively:• Perform Team feasibility, DFM (design for manufacturing), assembly flow analysis• Ensure material availability for testing and initial production start up• Perform proper documentation of Project File that includes Tool DFM, and project schedule• Ensure smooth and proper handover of Projects to Production. Conduct training to relevant parties to ensure knowledge and lesson learnt are documented and know how are transferred in a sustainable manner• Participate actively in Management initiatives to resolve critical issues, improve overall operational performances / productivities
