The Senior HR Data Management Specialist is responsible for the processing of various HR transactions. The role utilizes Franciscan's HR system to review and complete various HR-related coworker transactions and requests. This role will provide an excellent coworker experience by driving to meet and exceed service-level agreements (SLAs) including, but not limited to, the quality and accuracy of solution and timely response and completion of received transactions.
