CurrentGNOMX was founded to commercialize host response epigenetic diagnostics based on research funded by a $46 million DARPA ECHO contract to an academic consortium led by the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, Yale University School of Medicine, Princeton University, and the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. The DARPA-sponsored research developed patent-pending, beyond state-of-the-art blood epigenetic tests that rapidly diagnose, determine time of exposure, and monitor long-term effect of infections and other exposures.
