My primary responsibilities included managing a VDI environment, Cisco VoIP telephony system, and responding to customer issues. My secondary tasks included assisting in network configuration, server configuration, and BYOD configuration.

My role at Mount Olive College consisted of addressing support issues that arose throughout the various college departments. These tasks included troubleshooting PCs, printers, VoIP phones, VPN connections, program configurations, and wireless cofigurations. In addition to this role, I managed one full-time employee and two part-time student workers. Their tasks included handling the above mentioned issues, as well.
