I am fortunate to work at the cutting edge of AI and computer vision. We're on a mission to empower property owners with real-time advanced AI analytics and remote guarding capabilities that turn traditional cost centers into revenue streams and transform messy enterprise data into high-quality AI operational knowledge. Our platform is used by five of the top 10 multifamily property management companies in the U.S. My contributions include:- Driving strategic growth and creating profitable operations across market segments.- Propelling organic growth and negotiating/executing M&A deals.- Optimizing financial management while identifying ways to fine-tune business strategy and maximize growth opportunities. Previously, I acted as President and COO for LTA Research & Exploration, a cutting-edge company leading aerospace R&D for both manned and remotely piloted airships. And for more than a decade prior to that, I delivered financial and operational leadership for companies going through periods of rapid growth and acquisitions. This includes managing global fiancé and treasury functions for GES prior to sale of the company to Kimball Electronics; structuring and cultivating innovative partnerships for Shorai before they merged with Neah Power Systems; and profitability optimization for Crossing Automation before they were acquired by Brooks Automation. As a result, I am an adaptable leader who easily navigates teams through periods of change.My diverse experience spans aerospace, manufacturing, automation, lithium batteries, social media, sourcing and procurement, sustainable construction, printing, software, networking, computers/technology, and oil and gas.
