I am a very diligent worker. I consider myself a self starter and try my best to keep the peace with customers. I am in a very competitive business and customers are sometimes not themselves when they are upset about a late delivery or a back ordered piece of material. I try and resolve the problems we face in a timely manner and tend to be able to talk my way out of a sticky situation and leave the customer feeling confident that we will do our best to accommodate their needs and wants. I assist some our top sales people with their clients. The majority of my OSR's are in the top10 in the Company, all of them have made it to #1 at some point or another with my help. I am a TEAM player.I love a challenge and sometimes get in a little too deep for the position I am in and have to get a OSR in with me because, I need them to close the deal that I started. Walk in customer stop in to look at door and I end up closing them on windows as well! That's just how I'm wired. Go for it all or go home.
