Leads Dell's M&A, divestiture and global site optimization function from a human resources perspective. This corporate center of excellence (CoE) focuses on supporting Dell's organic and acquisitive growth imperative through site selection / site expansion / site launch, acquisition and divestiture strategies defined by the current and future business demand. The role of this CoE is to develop and incorporate capability and technical consistency through guiding principles, governance and transaction-specific play books. The team is a microcosm of Dell's HR function and is comprised of professionals that bring technical and global experience from the following HR sub-functions: compensation and benefits, talent acquisiton, talent management, learning & development, HRIS and global processes/culture. In addition to the center of excellence role, this team acts as the program management office for all human resources aspects related to any corporate transaction that it is involved with.
