Some of my granular responsibilities include:• Organizing and facilitating scrum ceremonies (Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Sprint Retrospectives, Daily stand ups/Scrum, Sprint Review/Demo etc)• Empowering the Scrum teams to self-organize and grow cross-functionally and deliver on their sprint goals and commitment• Working with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and effective dissemination of information, transparency and accountability• Collaborating and communicating with functional managers, product owners, specialists and other stakeholders on product issues• Working with product owners to refine product backlogs, acceptance criteria and define product goals and prepare sprint releases• Coaching and mentoring the teams and helping to maintain burn down charts to track and visualize sprint progress• Tracking and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress• Collaborating with the Product Owner and Scrum Team to develop and maintain the project Story Map, and initial Release Plan by Minimum Viable Product (MVP).• Protecting the team from over-commitment by balancing velocity with capacity planning, backlog management, prioritize resolutions of defects• Consistently monitoring and reporting on Scrum Team metrics, using metrics such as Velocity, Capacity Utilization, Backlog Health, Cycle Time etc.

• Responsible for GUI and Functional Testing, using Black box Testing Techniques.• Tested mobile applications to provide seamless user experience.• Software Testing – Test planning, Test script creation, test execution, defect reporting and management.• Train new team members and help them develop required skill set.• Experience in Web-based, Window-based, and Mobile Application based testing along with API testing.• Hands on Experience in Manual Testing, Automation Testing using Selenium Web Driver, Functional Testing, API testing using Rest Assured, Postman ,Database Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, Unit Testing, Black Box Testing and Mobile Application Testing, Agile Methodologies.
