• Undertakes presentations to and negotiations with prospective customer.• Meet college HOD’s and Demonstrate about the product (Dot Net, Java, CRT)• Visit different colleges (Local & Non local) regularly and fix appointment with Head of the Departments.• Respond to and follow up different colleges by telephone and personal visits.• Provides clear description about our projects to College HOD’s as well as students in different colleges.• Maintain and develop a computerized customer and prospect database• Negotiate terms and conditions of agreement.• Report day to day activities to Managing Director• Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships

• Leaves and Attendance Management.• Preparation of Pay Rolls & Disbursement.• Preparation & Remittance of PF & professional taxes on due dates.• All related statutory compliance with regard to PF, ESI and professional tax.• Correlation with employees and all issues of personnel of branch offices.• Submit daily reports to Head Office. • Responding mails from different branches.• Joining formalities• Handling Employee Database (Both in Soft Form and Files Management).• Any other work as assigned by the management from time to time.
