As the Director of Food & Beverage for the Walton Arts Center and Walmart AMP, I oversee the food and beverage operations for two of the most prominent performing arts venues in Arkansas, serving more than 350,000 guests annually. I am responsible for managing budgets, contracts, vendors, inventory, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction, as well as leading and developing a team of over 200 staff members.I have over 25 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in various settings, such as stadiums, arenas, convention centers, hotels, and restaurants. I have successfully planned and executed a diverse range of events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale festivals, with up to 80,000 attendees. I have also completed several multi-million dollar projects, such as renovations, expansions, and new concepts, to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue. In addition, I have a master's degree in crisis/emergency/disaster management and a Birkman Signature Certification, which enable me to effectively manage risks, challenges, and opportunities in a dynamic environment.
